I recently got some new onigiri molds that can form a rabbit, cat, and a panda. However, I want to start eating healthier so I do not want to eat a lot of rice. Therefore is there any non-dessert vegan food that can be molded into these shapes (and be able to retain the form for a long time)?
Eating rice is not unhealthy. Brown rice contains decent amounts of dietary fiber, magnesium, b6, and some protein. It’s also relatively low-fat, high in selenium, and will make you feel full quicker and for a longer period of time so you don’t feel the need to snack.
Rice is diet friendly, just don’t eat heaping piles of it!
