My cat that I’ve had since I was 6 died back in August, It was really hard for me, and it still is, honestly, I still cry whenever I think about her. Just think about what an amazing life you gave them. They probably thought you were the best owner in the world! Think about all the amazing times you had together, and how happy that made both of you.

    Hey @tiff321,

I’m so sorry to hear that! I can definitely relate to what you’re going through- it’s never easy loosing a furry friend :( Do you have family members and friends that you can talk to about what you’re going through?

    I promise you’ll feel better soon! <3

*BIG HUGS* Losing a companion animal is just as painful as losing a family member, and there’s no “right” way to grieve. Just do what you feel you need to do: cry if you need to but remember all the happy memories you had together. In the past, I’ve found creating a slideshow video of all my favourite photos of my departed friend helped me, maybe you could try something similar?
