  • My poor hair!

    So I was a vegetarian for two years then relapsed D: I know, I know.. But I am in the process of giving it another college go! But I remember from last time that my hair would get very, very, very thin and I really don’t want this to happen again when I give it another try. Tips?

    I think just eating a healthy diet and I take a multivitamin (deva) daily… also maybe want to have a good checkup with your doc when you go vegetarian to make sure all your levels are normal!

    there are vitamins for hair skin and nails, I’ve seen then at walmart and safeway. It’s in a green bottle and says ‘hair skin and nails’ in big letters. I haven’t used them my self but I plan on it, my hair tends to get thin from stress.

    Try eating a larger variety of foods.
    Vegetables and shit.
    Never had this problem, and probably never will
