So they made a new law that you have to have your pit tied up at all times whether they have a cage or not .. I don’t know about if it is kept inside …. & you have to register it… That is what it is here & I found out the other day in Bluefield they found dead pitbull pups in bags …. How sick I don’t much on the subject so I can’t go to CID but I would have took one of those pups for my own… Thats how bad it is getting for pitbulls !!! Then this cop came up to the house to take someone away & one cop about got bit by my pit because he went to the back door @ night just in case someone tried to run …. & he said you know I could have shot your dog ….. I can’t believe that well anyway my g paw cursed him out said aint no one shootin my dog … But each day the hope for pits seems to fade … What can we do ? Besides rescue what we can & fix ….

Okay that’s fine … ! Yeah you aren’t allowed to walk them in the street because one got loose and bit someone … & yeah chains have to be on pits … But Toby is fine I just don’t see it getting any better for pits …

    Hey @NicoleLynne,

That is awful. I’ve reported it to CID just in case they can do something about it. It’d be awful if they created a law that didn’t let people give their dogs walks! Plus, this encourages people to chain their dogs- which should never happen.

Hope your doggy is okay! :)

well here in quebec (canada) its illegal to own a pitbull if the city finds out you have one it is seized imediatly and put down, pitbulls have a terrible rep its not the dogs fault they want to protect you and it also depends on how its trained…
