I have been on peta2 for a while now, and the entire time I’ve been vegetarian. 2 days ago I went entirely vegan. I am pretty lost and I nedto make sure I get enough protein because I have problems with my blood sugar and I can get really sick. So I need suggestions and advice of any kind. Brands that are accidentally vegan, great sources of protein, filling meals, good recipes, where to eat, what to look out for, cruelty free brands, etc. Thank you Soooo much I need you guys support and help…

@emmaie892000 good job on going vegan!!! it was hard on my first time to. you can go to recipes and find one to your likings. or you can order a vegan starter kit for free and have it sent to ur house just go to http://www.peta.com or http://www.mercyforanimals.com or commpassion over killing or action for animals! hop that helps.
