I signed in place of a friend who isnt for animal rights and lives in the USA (She gave me permission-no worries!) Do you perhaps know anyone you can do that with?

I just tried signing a petition about not chaining dogs up during hurricanes and other bad weather and the only place on there are places from the USA. I couldn’t sign it because I’m from the UK, and that option wasn’t there D: what should I do?
