@ annie-l I know this has been suggested several times when people have mentioned not getting their automatic points, but it’s never been clear what we are suppose to take a screenshot of. The letter before we hit “send”? The conformation e-mail PETA2 sent?

I always customize my letters, frequently extensively, before sending them, so if I’ve already sent it and then realized I’ve not been credited, for whatever the reason may be, trying to re-write just for a screenshot it is going to be a pain.

Same here! But I don’t bother because the staffs are busy with saving animals.

I’m having the SAME issue No points for the normal “instant” point actions.

Same thing is happening to me as well. (“MAMC to Stop Tormenting Ferrets!” and “Mice Suffering for 99 Cents?!”)

I have done some of the new actions and have not been given any points for them. I had the “Thank you for speaking up..etc” e-mailed to me but nothing on my account? :S
