Vichyssoise is a thick soup made of puréed leeks and potatoes. Traditionally you eat it as a chilled soup…delish if it’s swelteringhot outside but in cold weather you can heat this stuff up and it’s superyumful!

I almost always eat soup with breadsticks or bread chunks or soft pretzels. A friend of mine always dumps Fritos in his soup. What do you eat with soup? What’s your favorite kind of soup? Have you ever tried cold soup?
