If you ask me, vegan nachos done right are the perfect meal. Beans and vegan cheeze for protein, lots of veggies, avo for healthy fat and even better if you use salt-free chips.
Nachos for breakfast? …ummm, Yeah! Go for the sweet apple nachos!
Lunch…do a cashew cheeze nacho plate.
Dinner…bean it up. Use any kind of bean or lentils or chickpeas and lots of spicy salsa.
