I was previously vegan, but due to some travelling I opted for vegetarian if I had to for that situation, but I’m going back to being vegan and have another life issue. Until late at night, I won’t be able to have any sit down meals, not even a microwave and while I plan on making protein smoothies and probably homemade granola and such I was wondering if anyone could help with any hints so I can keep it healthy and give my body the right nutrients. Thanks!
That’s great that you want to go back to eating vegan! Salads, veggie wraps with hummus and baked tofu, avocado/veggie sandwichs, pb & banana sandwiches, etc. are all great options. Check out our recipes and infographic for more ideas:
