Obsessive compulsive disorder

I was diagnosed with extreme ocd. It was out of control. I was able to control it with a mix of behavioral therapy and medications. I was also a young mom (now 22 with 2 kids and married) and im documennting my recent painful relapse of ocd symptoms on youtube and twitter. @harmonykjaure for both. Support is needed from fellow vegans and vegetarians
