    Call it what you want…it’s a bun full of yum! Start with a sub roll, pile in as much as you can fit, pour on the dressing or sauce and sink into sandwich happiness. :)

    submarine rolls or mini baguettes
    vegan mayonnaise (optional)
    veggie deli slices (turkey, ham, salami, bologna, or your favorite flavor)
    soy cheese slices
    red onion
    red and green peppers
    romaine lettuce
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
