Well, I’m pretty new here, (okay, really new) but I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of the no-poo method? Honestly, in my profile pic, it’s not been shampooed for a couple months now and honestly, it works great. Buuuuuuut I was also thinking that it would be a good thing for animals too, it’s always difficult to know for sure whether or not a product is animal friendly, and this whole thing basically eliminates that risk! All i use is baking soda, lemon juice, and water, so I know that there are no animal ingredients or testing, and like I said, the results are amazing! I was just looking for thoughts on this & to get the word out, and partially looking for friends around the site (: any input is welcomed!

I’ve tried the no-poo method in the past but personally find the shampoo bars from Lush are better for me because I get a very dry and itchy scalp and they contain essential oils (and they’re vegan!).

I’ve heard of doing that, but have never personally used that myself. I’ve just been buying yes to cucumbers and Nature’s Gate shampoo and conditioner. So how exactly do you do that baking soda lemon juice thing? Like do you use it in the shower?
