Day one of trying out veganism and my diet already looks a million times healthier.
    I’m so excited!
Any tips for sticking with it? I’m worried about not making it past Thanksgiving ):

Just stick with it! The first few weeks might be a little rocky, but after that speedbump you’ll be cruising vegan style! My first month of veganism consisted of really boring, bland foods because I wasn’t sure how to do it yet. But soon enough, I was making vegan brownies, tofu broccoli stir frys, fudgey vegan ice cream, mac n cheez, and learned that salad could actually taste good! (I was really shocked about that last one, omnivores suck at making salads, whenever you go out to an omni restaurant they give you limp veggies and dissatisfying dressing, but going out to a vegan restaurant makes you feel like you just ate from the garden of eden!)

Be sure to tell family members you’re now vegan, so maybe they can make a dish or two without dairy and meat. However, if your family is being inconsiderate, then you could always make something for yourself and for them to try. So then they’ll know that making something vegan is actually quite easy and doesn’t taste like cardboard haha. Also, congratulations on going vegan! (:
