Annie kinda got the big main ones, but Pangea is another one.
Tempeh is this weird fermented soy thing that is an acquired taste, from what I hear(I’ve never had it). Seitan is made from vital wheat gluten(which you can get at Walmart!) and a few other household items. Seitan is crazy expensive, so it’s cheaper to just make your own. It’s not hard at all, if you can get a hold of Veganomicon, there’s a good easy recipe for seitan in it, which buying a cookbook is something you really kinda need to do anyways. Vegan with a Vengeance and Veganomicon are two really awesome ones, since they don’t use processed faux meats and cheese, (the only faux meats they use are seitan, tempeh and tofu).

Hey @ChangeStartsNow,
Check out these two stores: http://www.veganstore.com/ and http://www.veganessentials.com/. They have a ton of yummy vegan products!
Also, you can find some info on seitan and tempeh here: http://www.peta2.com/blog/the-wonderful-world-of-seitan/ and http://www.peta2.com/blog/the-wonderful-world-of-tempeh/. YUM!
E-mail us at peta2@peta2.com if you have any questions!

Just wondering, what are some of your favorite online vegan stores? For food, as well as other things?
Also, can I find seitan and/or tempeh on them? To be honest, I don’t mean to sound like an idiot, but I don’t know what either of those things really are, I just know they are used in a lot of meat substitutes.
I can’t find hardly ANY vegan options (well, other than fruits/veggies/beans/etc) in stores where I live, and I know it’s not necessary, but I wouldn’t mind buying a few extra things once in a while.
Thanks
