    Actually I am in UK right now for few months. 1 month ago I bought a certificate and I still w8ing for it. In a order history is writting ‘on-hold’. Is anybody who can says me what’s going on?

    Hey @Caterina91,

    Orders take 4-6 weeks to arrive, but can sometimes take longer if they’re going to the UK. If your certificate hasn’t arrived in 3 weeks be sure to e-mail us at peta2@peta2.com. Thanks! :)
