    I was going to make the ‘Pimp My Ramen’ Noodles from the College Cookbook. I got the Oriental flavor noodles, only to discover that it had beef fat in it. I thought the cookbook was wrong unitl I did some research. It is the Top Ramen by Nissin that is vegan, not the Ramen Noodles by Maruchan.

    Just thought I’d share so that others don’t make the same mistake as me
