I’m only 15 so I can’t really make all the choices that I’d like. Can someone please tell me how to convince my father that being vegan will not make me physically ill and that protiens not from meat, eggs etc is available.

He may buy the food, but it’s highly unlikely that everything he buys has an animal ingredient in it.

Sure I guess I can make my own choices for what I eat, But uh he buys the food around here you know. I can’t really force him to buy vegan friendly things.

You want to go vegan… not get married, or move out. This IS a choice you are able to make. Your father cannot force you to eat/drink something you choose not to. While it would be nice if he respected your decision to live a healthier and more compassionate lifestyle, his respect and understanding isn’t necessary for you to do so.

A typical beef burger can contain around 18g of protein, a simple vegan snack of beans on toast can contain around 29g of protein.
