Usually it only applies to new street teamers and it means that because they are new to the street team, they haven’t completed any missions or haven’t completed enough missions to have a rank yet. The more missions you complete, the higher your rank

There are ranks? Where are those then?

What does it means when someone’s rank is n/a? Is it for someone who just made an account, therefore there are too many new people so they’re all just called “n/a”?
