I love guac from scratch. Get two medium avocados and make sure they are soft, but not full of air pockets. Cut them in half and remove the pits. You can mash them with a fork or use a potato masher. Some people even use a food processor. Add about a tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and salt to taste. Sometimes you can add some diced tomatoes too if you’re feeling it. Enjoy.
