    Papayas rock in a zillion different ways…they’re sweet and velvety smooth and jammed full of healthy stuff, especially vitamin C! Easy to eat too…just slice in half, scoop out the seeds and eat up all that inner orange awesomeness!

    Papaya “Doughnuts”

    Ingredients:
    large ripe papaya
    roasted and salted sunflower seeds
    lime
    agave or maple syrup
