Coffee’s superawesome because it kickstarts your brain and you can make it any way you want…regular or decaf, with vegan coffee creamers or flavored syrups or just straight black. I milk it way up…about 1/4 cup coffee with about 3/4 cup almond milk or unsweetened soy milk plus vanilla protein powder. One or two cups of that a day and I’m crazyhappy. 🙂
