    Well I’m in the UK but the USA members should report him. He’s causing unnecessary suffering to both the prey and the dogs since the prey can fight back.

    This is so sad! If your ever suspect cases of cruelty be sure to report them to our Cruelty Investigations Department at CIDinfo.org (they investigate and help with cruelty cases) or if it’s an emergency please call your local police and then (757) 622-PETA. They are available 24 hours a day. Thanks!
