Friends, I need your ideas.
What are your favorite small-ish meals that you would likely bring to eat at work or at school? I’m struggling with this. Sandwiches, veggies wraps, and like ideas would be appreciated. Anything portable and obviously vegan-friendly. Thanks!!
I take noodles with a scoop of earth balance and heat it up in my work microwave and have buttered noodles. I like doing avocado, refried bean, salsa and whole wheat tortilla wraps as well. Throw some granola in a ziplock bag with and a little container of soy milk. Coco puffs are vegan and the granola idea works for those too!
I get olive oil topped popcorn from Trader Joes. I also eat dried seaweed. Loooove that. I’ll breakdown and have skittles if I want sugar. Plain potatoe chips will work too. Vegan chicken fingers/nuggets. Ehm, vegan cookies. Dried fruit or trail mix. I get all these things from Trader Joes 🙂
Pasta or couscous salad is always a good, healthy and filling option. You just need to shove whatever salad in a tub along with the pasta or couscous and try not to forget your fork! Dressing/sauce is optional 🙂
