My favorite is almond and coconut milk, I do not tend to drink them alone or in cereal but more in baking, shakes, making hot chocolate, ect.

They are quite high is protein and have less calories then soy milk

I like Silk, Westsoy, 8th Continent and Almond Breeze.

I personally love silk soy vanilla light “milk” myself…. but a friend of mine loves their almond milk too… so, it can be a trial and error, but I think silk has the best tasting ones out there.

Have you tried coconut milk? Its really good. Its naturally sweeter than soy milk, so you can get the unsweetened version for fewer calories, and its not going to make it taste bad.

All brands taste different to different people. I’d say stick to soy milk since it’s usually fortified with 14+ vitamins and nutrients, unlike most other plant based milks. SoNice, SoGood, and Natura are great brands (I stay away from Silk because of the taste and the shoddy ethics behind it).

The Almond Breeze brand is absolutely delicious and also make really delicious milkshakes with a frozen banana or another type of fruit

I think its awesome that you want to become a vegan ! It’s very rewarding My favorite brands of soy milk are; Silk, So Good and Natura (These are some of the most common brands and are easy to find) and My favorite almond milk brand are; Almond Breeze and Silk (Again, these are some of the most comon brands and are easy to find) You can also google recipies for how to make almond milk if you have time to spare and want to try something new Soy milk can have different flavors depending on what type you buy, I usally stick to unsweetend brands because I find some of the others too sweet for me, but they all taste good ! The low fat soy milks tend to be a bit on the watery side, but depending on your prefrence you may like them. Soy milk dosen’t taste like soy. Almond milk taste like.. well almonds ! haha they don’t have a strong almondy taste, but you can still tell I’d say go out and try a few different brands (you might be able to get them in ‘juice box’ sizes if you want to try them before you go out and buy a big carton) and see what you like. I also recomend rice milk and hemp milk. Good luck
