  • Soymilk?

    So, I’ve been wanting to try to be vegan, but I can’t because of soymilk. I tried Silk (both the blue and red cartons) and I had this itchy feeling in my throat. It was kinda annoying, but I didn’t have to go to the emergency room or anything… o.o It wasn’t a serious problem, but I just want to know whether this is normal or if its an allergy or something of that nature. Thanks!

    almond rice and coconut milk are awesome I will drink soy only if its on sale cheaper than the other lol so im not much a fan.

    Ooo if you are allergic to soy try almond milk it is soooo delicious and about the same cost as soy. =)

    Soya allergy is common.
    Try oat milk, rice milk, coconut milk etc.

    I don’t like soymilk either! You probably have an allergy to it. While I don’t, I’m not a big fan. There are tons and tons of vegan milks– my favorite is rice milk. :) And remember, you can always be vegan without ANY vegan milk at all. =)
