They’re vegetarian, but not vegan. If you have strep, which I’ve had more than I can count (=/) you’re better off eating things that don’t contain dairy. So try drinking some vegetable broth or tea. As for food, try mashed potatoes, instead of milk, use the water that you boiled the potatoes in. I know I didn’t really suggest foods, but it’s hard to eat with strep =/
