I love, love, LOVE sticky buns! I’ve never attempted to make them myself though… I just may have to try it. You know, in honor of today, of course.

What’s a sticky bun? You make a yumfully sticky, usually pecan studded topping and pour it into a pan. Make about a dozen or so spirally buns filled with more yumful stickyness, then place them in the pan. Bake. Flip pan so the superamazing sticky buns fall out. Devour. Just one if you can.
Traditional recipes are kinda complicated…here’s a shortcut version:

Sticky Buns
From The Hydes at Daily Vegan
Ingredients:
Whole pecans or walnuts
18 Rhodes frozen dinner rolls
1 box vegan vanilla pudding
1/4 c coconut oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. coconut sugar
