Everyone stop suggesting just dark chocolate and solve this girls problem!
Here you go! I found the ricemilk chocolate bar I was talking about before http://www.enjoylifefoods.com/chocolate-bars/rice-milk/
They’re fairly cheap and super yummy and they don’t taste at all like dark chocolate <3

I’ve also had chocolate that was under 70% that was vegan, but it depends on the brand, since many that are under that aren’t vegan.

Lindt has a 70 or 72% chocolate bar that is vegan and delicious.
There are many other companies that also sell vegan chocolate bars. Just make sure you check the ingredients to make sure that it is, indeed, vegan, because not all dark chocolate bars are.

To each their own, but carob chips were the worst thing I have ever tasted!

Carob chips (which are vegan) are great, in my opinion!

i personally think the darker the better with chocolate and its really great because all chocolate over 70% cocoa is vegan!

You can find chocolate that is not dark and is vegan (I personally don’t like the dark stuff at al)l. Also, be careful because though dark chocolate tends to be vegan, this is not always the case.

I think I’ve found a couple Enjoy Life bars that were “milk” chocolate and vegan. They’re made without allergens, so there’s no soy in them, so I believe they may use rice milk in it. But in traditional chocolate bars (big name brands and such) you have to go for the darker stuff. Most of it is at least like 60% cocoa, so it’s fairly dark.

Are only “dark” chocolates vegan? DD:::

If you look at the ingredients for some chocolate chips (esp. the more no name brands) quite a few tend to be vegan.

If you go to Wegman’s (or any other specialty food stores, I imagine) they should have Enjoy Life brand chocolate bars. Another option is Wegman’s brand dark chocolate bars. In some Walmart’s they sell Caracas brand which I believe most of their candy bars are vegan. I’ve sure if you search around a bit you can find something.
Good luck, hope this was at least somewhat helpful!

I’ve been trying to try new vegan things. I’m planning to have a bonfire just to buy Dandies Vegan Marshmallows for smores
anyone have any suggestions for vegan chocolate, not just for smores but just ones that taste real good? thanks!
