    I’ve been vegan for over three years and I just recently saw my doctor and got checked out and she said im perfectly healthy.

    Go to http://pcrm.org/health/diets/vegdiets/frequently-asked-questions-about-nutrition. Pcrm.org is a website by doctors: MD’s and nutritionists. Get your facts from professionals :).

    I’m not even vegan and I think this is a pretty stupid article overall. Any diet has the potential to be unhealthy. To cite these examples and say that this diet is unhealthy is ridiculous. To say it has POTENTIAL to be unhealthy is completely correct. They are merely picking on the diet that is easy to pick on.

    Seriously? That’s like saying This person, this person, and this person all eat meat and are super-fat. Therefore, that’s a scary result that had nothing to do with healthy eating and everything to do with meat.

    …That makes sense. =/

    It’s not because of the diet, it’s because of the people’s health.

    That article was EXTREMELY biased. All the examples of people they had, were people who were not eating healthfully and/or were over exercising. it really made me angry that they tried to blame the rampant amount of cases of eating disorders on veganism. Why don’t people try blaming the REAL culprit? But I digress.
