    I’ve had some of this in my cupboard for ages and recently I’ve actually tried it out! I made tofu scramble using it and it tasted just like I remember scrambled eggs tasting like! I’m going to have a go at making ‘eggy bread’ later :)

    I heard about this a long time ago and got really excited, I thought it was egg whites. But it’s just the yolk and so I’m not very excited. All I want is fried eggs :(

    Thanks for the info! I’m so happy VeganEssentials sells it…I would love to try Vegg’s French Toast and Custard recipes. And Frittatas…yummm!
