How could someone treat God’s creatures’ like this! This is aweful, it is hard to look at but read the story then click the picture. Why can people be so horrible what did the cat or the man who owned the cat ever do for this act of horror.. That’s just pitiful, cruel and heartless. I hope justice is served.
