    Hey @darshini92,

This is just silly! Um, let’s just think about how many people have died from heart attacks and strokes due to their consumption of animal flesh–too many! There is no nutritional need for humans to eat any animal products; all of our dietary needs, even as infants and children, are best supplied by an animal-free diet.

The consumption of animal products has been conclusively linked to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and osteoporosis. Cholesterol (found only in animal products) and animal fat clog arteries, leading to heart attacks and strokes. The rate of many cancers—including colon, breast, cervical, uterine, ovarian, prostate, and lung—is highest in regions where meat consumption is high and lowest where meat-eating is uncommon

Have your cousin check out PCRM.org for more info.

On my profile, there should be a message button that you can use. Let me know if there isn’t.

Lol, it’s just too much. The whole damn thing is a ridiculous mess. Normally, when I come across something that ridiculous, I just skip it (or make a brief comment about how ridiculous it is, then skip it). The reason being that there are many thousands of fairly intelligent — though poorly informed — meat eaters online, and my time is far better spent conversing with them.

But, I’ll be happy to give my thoughts on any one piece of that mess
(I’d actually be happy to give my thoughts on the whole thing as long as it’s on one piece at a time over a considerable length of time) and I’ll be very happy to help you with rebuttals.
Just post in this thread (or E-mail me) to let me know what your cousin said and then I’ll post (or E-mail) my thoughts to help you create a rebuttal.

    It’s laughably ridiculous.
If your cousin was trying to prove that she’s not very bright (and not very good at recognizing bullshit), mission accomplished.

If you want my thoughts on a particular piece of that nauseating mess, just let me know.
