Hi, I am vegetarian (and lacto-free) and seem to always be hungry, no matter what, when, or how much I eat. Are there better foods that could tide me over?
I am known as a picky eater to my family because I don’t like meats or cheese or fast food. As far as veggie foods, I don’t like beans, tomatoes, or melons.
Soups are great for helping you stay fuller for longer!
Pea soup, sweet potato and lentil , mushroom, pumpkin, carrot…. Basically any yummy veg you have into a blender!
I also have a HUGE appetite and soups really help! 😀
