The best thing I’ve found to do (its a little time consuming, but well worth it) is to use a paper towel and wrap the tofu so you can suck out most of the water in it. Place something on top of it to really squeeze out excess moisture. Now, the marinade and seasonings can be absorbed in! Marinade the tofu with anything of your choice and leave it sit for as long as you like in the fridge. This isn’t necessary, but it does make it more flavorful. Bake the tofu in the oven on 350 for about 20 minutes, or lower for longer, whatever is convenient for you. Its delicious!!

Cut it into wedges, fry it lightly and pour soy sauce and cornstarch mixed with brown sugar over it. The sugar will caramelize, and it is delicious! (though probably not that healthy) :P

At first I didn’t know how to eat tofu so I would just smash it and cook it as if it were scrambled egg and add some salt and it would be pretty good lol, I still do it from time to time. :)

I just like to stir-fry it with a little soy sauce :)
