I’m always making stir-fry and tofu scrambles, but I like to cut a block of extra-firm into chunks or strips, marinate it overnight in lemon pepper marinade, and then toss it in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. It’s cheaper than buying baked tofu at the store and it’s super yummy and easy to travel with.
Just as a simple snack, grab a pack of firm tofu, dice them & heat them up either in a pan or even boiled in hot water. Use 2 teaspoons of Hoisin sauce after draining the tofu in a collander & toss them lightly. It’s delicious & really easy to make! It’s obviously only meant as a snack, but great for those moments you don’t have a lot of time!
