Try something easier! Tofu scramble FTW!!

you should try easier recipes first, like a tofu wrap. I personally dont mind the taste of it but i would never cook it without any flavorings.. I usually marinade it in my favourite sauces so it catches the flavor, and then cook it:)

Theres lots of different ways to make tofu, so don’t feel discouraged if something doesnt work out Tofu it’s self dosent have much taste, Its kind of like a watery unsweetend soy milk in a block, so I try to find new and intersting recicipes to spice up the flavour. You can also get flavoured tofu which can act as a snack or a dessert. Some of the flavours you may be able to find at your grocery store are almond, banana, berry, blue berry and caramel. An easy recipie for plain tofu is ‘shake and bake’ (Its actually one of my favorites!!) If you look around, Im sure peta has some great recipies. If you’ve tried a few recipies and you don’t like tofu, it’s no big deal ! Theres tons of other foods to try !

Well once I tried to make something with a block of it. But, with my amazingness with skipping directions I made it wrong….very wrong lol. I was supposed to me making a pulled tofu sandwich, but I forgot to drain the tofu:P.
It was gross and I was kind of scarred. How do you guys find the taste of it? I reallllly want to like it, but a little input about what it is supposed to taste like would be nice.
