• Truck carrying a bunch of cows crashes

    I was just streaming through my tumblr dash when I see a gif of a truck that crashes and a bunch of cows just fall out of the truck. I don’t know how to feel about this. I was kind of shocked to see the notes and people thought it was “funny”. Anyways I don’t know where, when or how this happened, maybe someone should find out. Just wanted to share with the peta2 group to see what you guys thought about it.

    Ew this gif is so sad, I can’t believe people would find this funny (I mean the truck was going fast enough to tip over so the cows probably got really hurt). :( Please report this to our Cruelty Investigations Department at CIDInfo@peta.org as soon as possible. Thanks so much!

    In a way, I can see why people find it funny, it’s no different to watching a bunch of humans fall over (Good ol’ Schadenfreude!).

    But of course, it also highlights how unsafe transport for animals is. I hope none of the cows were seriously hurt, and that some of them managed to get away!
