• vegan breakfast favorites!

    im looking for some new ideas for breakfasts:) and what are some of uour favorites .particularly breakfasts high in fiber and unrefined carbs
    here are two of my recent favorites:
    my energy breakfast smoothie:
    ( sounds weird but just tastes like the fruit i promise!)
    what ever fresh or frozen fruit i have
    fresh dark green lettuce or spinach
    soy or rice milk
    any type of raw nut ground up (ussually almonds for me)
    cooked beans ( for extra protien fiber and nutrients)
    this is great when im like rushing or i need something fast before dance

    oatmeal!
    i ussually make it in soy milk and add what ever fresh fruit(today it was peaches and bannanas) and some maple syrup yummy
    takes a little longer then the shake but is also great for before excercise

    I usually resort to oatmeal as well. For breakfast I had a tofu and veggie sausage scramble, with onions, bell peppers, and jarred salsa. It comes together quick when the veggies are prepped.

    I don’t eat breakfast; I just drink water and Odwalla superfood XD
    But Breakfast food I like is Tofu Scrambles hands down!!! :D :D
