Daiya is easily the best. If you buy the shreds, do NOT eat it out of the bag, it’s nasty as can be. I’ve only tried the cheddar and mozzarella kinds of the shreds and thought the mozzarella was the best.
You really just gotta try a few of them out and see what you like the best. Also, how long has it been since you ate real dairy? That makes a HUGE difference of what you think about vegan cheeses.
I’ve only tried Daiya’s mozzarella shreds and thought they were gross. I know all veg*n mock foods are a hit and a miss but that was the only ones I’ve tried. I tried it out of the bag, and melted in quesadillas.
