• Vegan Lip Balms?

First, I was wondering what everyone who ordered the PETA lip balms thinks. (But I’m sure if PETA made them they’re great)! 😀

I was also wondering if there are commercially available brands of vegan lip balms, preferably something that I could pick up at a place like Rite Aide or Target.

    Thanks!

First, I’m a HUGE lipbalm junkie, so if you have lipbalm questions, I’m the person to ask!

I like the smell and the fact that it’s vegan, but it melts REALLY fast if you have it in your pocket!

I carry lipbalms around all the time, and I don’t like this one for keeping it on me all the time.

Here are some pics of my vegan lipbalm collections! Feel free to look at it and see what you like!

    Check out Hurraw, http://hurrawbalm.com/.
They have several different types, although I have only ever seen them for sale at my local grocery store (Wegmans, which is only in select areas). But they do have an online site.

The Out of Africa lip balms are amazing too, my personal favorite is the Orange.

Out Of Africa makes some amazing ones: http://www.outofafricashea.com
I have the Strawberry, Peppermint, and Tropical Vanilla ones.

    There’s also Merry Hempsters: http://merryhempsters.com/
However I’ve never seen them carried in a chain.

Now these are NOT vegan anymore, but my local Five Below had ones that are (no beesewax): http://www.albabotanica.com/lip/lip-balms.html
So you might come across some that still use the old ingredients, in which case AWESOME!, but assume they’re not vegan until proven otherwise.

I love the PETA lip balms. I bought one ages ago and I still have it and use it every day! They’re my favorite vegan lip balm that I’ve tried thus far. They are a tad bit melty as compared to other brands, I just use my finger to apply. As an added bonus, they taste yummy! :)
