So true. I love Mexican. You just have to make sure the refried beans don’t have lard in them, but even without beans, a vegan burrito is deeeelish.

OMG, this burrito was the bomb! It was stuffed with black beans, rice, guac, veggies, and covered in tomatillo salsa. SO GOOD. What’s your favorite Mexican dish?
