I never get sick unless it’s something unavoidable (pneumonia, complications with antibiotics) and have lost 50 pounds.
I also feel healthier, not just skinnier, so I’m better at stuff like yoga or just plain playing around outside.

Don’t get sick as often, and random runny noses are gone!
And my skin is all soft and glowing, I feel lighter (lost 4lb making the switch!) and it’s just awesome!

I hardly ever get sick and when I do, the sicknesses don’t last as long as they used to (weeks, months). I haven’t had a stuffed nose in what seems like forever and I used to get them at least 3 or 4 times a year. Also, my boyfriend eats healthier as well and has lost a lot of weight and feels good when he works out.

Never ate meat. When I removed diary and eggs from my diet, I lost weight. But wouldn’t say I’m eating healthier.

I’ve been vegetarian for almost 11 years and I feel so light, guilt free, happy, and I rarely get any of the common illnesses! Go vegs!

It has helped me feel more “clean”… like I’m eating a cleaner diet. I’m sure it has helped my cholesterol and other numbers, but mainly just eating a good diet is good for the body!

At first, I was really worried about gettin enough protien, but then I did some research and found out its almost impossible to not get enough protein. For starters, you don’t need that much protien in your diet to be healthy. Also, so many foods have protien in them, like nuts, grain, seeds, even bread! I don’t need to worry about getting enough protien in a vegan diet.
