I am deathly skinny and literally get s*** for it every day, I think I’m not getting the fat and stuff from my Vegetarian diet. I would get some of the fancy stuff, but I am terribly short on money and everything goes so fast and its so expensive. So anybody got some cheap (not necessarily easy I like to cook) and long lasting dishes for a 15 year old girl?
healthy fats are so easy to get on a veg*n diet, and it doesn’t have to be expensive at all 🙂
Avocados, nuts, seeds, coconut milk, and beans all offer good amounts of healthy fats 🙂
If you like smoothies, try adding things like flaxseeds and cashews into them for an extra dose of healthy fats 🙂
Put avocados on your salads and sandwiches 🙂
Avocados and canned coconut milk have a crap ton of fats in them and both can be made into a million things that make plenty of leftovers. Like coconut milk can be used to make curry. One batch of curry can last me seriously 3 days, but I’m the only one eating on it, so that’s why.
You may just need to eat more in general, healthy fats don’t really do much as far as weight goes. So load up on the pb and pasta and rice like Sara-W said!
