many people say that vegetarian/vegan are more likely to going balds because they dont all the proteins or vitamins as they should be!! is that true??? i love my hair!! any advice about some veggie that help to ur hair??
There’s nothing about a vegan diet that keeps a person from getting all of the protein and vitamins they need.
There’s no magical nutrients in dead animal body parts or animal excretions that you can’t get elsewhere.
It is possible to experience hair loss because of nutritional deficiency but that’s a nutritional deficiency issue; not a vegan diet issue.
It’s also worth mentioning that vegans usually have greater knowledge of human nutritional requirements and are more likely to have nutritionally complete diets, so, if anything, the average non-vegan is more likely to experience hair loss as a result of nutritional deficiency than the average vegan.
You don’t have to worry about this! I don’t know anyone who has gone bald from going vegan- and I know a lot of vegans! I have heard that avocados, strawberries, raspberries, and leafy greens are all good for your hair.
