Vegetarian Thanksgiving Day

I am hosting my first vegetarian Thanksgiving and I’m not sure what to make as the main dish seeing as I will have a mix of people some of which are not vegetarians but are being supportive and open minded. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. No fake meat please.
