I just recently started. Currently, where I live (third-world Caribbean island) vegan replacements are unavailable or trop cher. So, I had to completely remove stuff like cheese, mayo from my diet. And I replaced my milk with Almond and Soy milk and coconut milk in food. It’s really hard since I can’t eat things I’m used to eating like fig pie and I hate liquid milk. But now, I can’t even look at an egg! I suggest just taking it slow and don’t be too hard on yourself if you slip
