    Hey everyone;
    As i have said in previous boards. I am a vegetarian trying to go vegan. There are two problems with this.
    1…I live and go to school in a small town. So i don’t have access to a large selection of vegan replacement foods (normally)
    2…I love cheese. has anyone come across a cheese replacement that tastes really close to the rael thing?
    Hugs;
    Jac

    Daiya has a large variety of products and they taste great when you start cooking with them. :)

    I have the same problem. (Since im from wisconsin) ive heard of people using avocado because of the smoothness and creamyness of it.

    You don’t have to use replacements to be vegan; simple beans, pasta, rice, vegetables etc. will do the trick! But you could also stock up on vegan alternatives whenever you’re in a town that sells them, or order online.
