Okay. Well, I’ve played the violin since 4th grade, wayyy before I thought about the horse hair used in bows being cruel. I am now in 9th grade and I’ve had my own violin for several years now.

I was just wondering about synthetic bow hair, so that I’ll have cruelty-free options when my bow needs rehaired. Also, are there animal products in the strings?
