Does anyone one know of any food products that contain Vitamin B12? (Excluding soy milk, Red Star Nutritional Yeast and pills/tablets). Please specificity the brands if you can.

So sorry…these were just suggestions…I didn’t check each one of them for you. Yes you would have to eat several yogurts to get 100%. I know of no vegan gluten-free food that supplies 100% of vitamin B12…I don’t think there is one. That is why most vegans do use nutritional yeast, drink non-dairy milk and/or take supplements. If there was a food that did, believe me, you would definitely have heard of it! :)
I do recommend asking any of the members of the Vegan Gluten-free bloggers group…they are so very nice and more than willing to help!

@alexblue You mustn’t have even bothered to check and see if the cereal links you posted actually had cereals that contained Vitamin B12. I checked each gluten-free cereal you posted and most of them contain no nutritional value, and NONE of them have any B12. As well, none of the Cliff Bars that are gluten free contain any Vitamin B12. Thanks for the yogurt suggestion but I would have to eat 4-5 yogurts a day, I need a more substantial source.

According to this great list of Vegan/Organic/Gluten-free cereals,
    Nature’s Path, http://us.naturespath.com/our-products
    Barbara’s Bakery, http://www.barbarasbakery.com/cereals-classics/
    Health Valley, http://www.healthvalley.com/products/category.php/other-cereals
    Erewhon http://www.attunefoods.com/products/gluten-free-Breakfast
    and Arrowhead Mills http://www.arrowheadmills.com/category/cold-cereals
offer Vegan and Gluten-free cereals. You’d have to check their websites or email them or just read the labels to see which are vitamin-fortified and how much.
Snack/energy bars are often fortified too.
    Clif Bars http://www.clifbar.com/food/products_clif_bar/
have great nutritional info on their website, including how much B12 their bars contain.
    How about vegan yogurts?
I love So Delicious…they do all sorts of superdelicious flavors of almond milk, coconut milk and greek yogurts and yogurt drinks!
    http://www.sodeliciousdairyfree.com/products
Their nutrition info labels list B12 amounts such as 20% in their Blueberry Coconut Milk Yogurt, 30% in their Strawberry Greek Almond Milk Yogurt, etc.
You might try asking any of the members of the Vegan Gluten-free bloggers group. They all have excellent websites and screamingly amazing recipes and lots of experience so they could tell you more.

@veganistdestrox I can’t find any peer-reviewed sources that are able to back the claim that spirulina contains active B12 (the studies indicate the opposite: inactive B12).

@LittleLotte whenever I go to the UK I always see colbalt/B12 in sports drinks. We don’t have any of that here. I’ll ask my family to bring it when they visit!

I went through all the available almond milk brands and found two that contain B12 and bought them so hopefully they’re not gross — thx for everyone’s help!

spirulina, if you eat lots of fruits and veggies, especially organic you should be able to get some but there is an issue with our farming that makes it hard to get even for non-vegans, you can take a supplement if you feel you need to

Some fruit juices do but as I live in the UK I can’t really offer up any brand names that would help you.

thx, but I forgot to mention I need gluten-free products (I have celiacs disease so I can’t have gluten/wheat). All the gluten-free cereals available at the health food stores and regular stores near me do not contain vitamin B12 that’s why I’m looking for brands I can order online.

One of the most common foods with B12 in it is breakfast cereals (Just read the label and it will tell you :) ) Things like faux meat products sometimes contain B12 as well (like tofurky deli slices)
